Old 300 Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce
Our Old 300 Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce is just that…the perfect amount of heat with just a hint of sweet. Our Pitmaster recommends pairing this sauce with chicken or beef, but it goes well with any smoked or grilled meat…especially if you are washing it all down with a cold beverage. This sauce is intended as a “dipping sauce” for enhancing the flavor of your bbq after the meat has been cooked, but can certainly be used to “cook with.” So whether you’re a die-hard “dry rub only fan” who “dips” like our Pitmaster, or a “slather up your ribs on the grill guy”…Old 300 Texas Spicy BBQ sauce has got you covered (pun intended).
Old 300 Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce
Our Old 300 Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce is just that…the perfect amount of sweet with just a hint of heat. A precise combination of molasses and chili powder with a few “other” ingredients makes this sauce a winner on any meat, but our Pitmaster especially likes it paired with pork… but he has also been known to put it on his pancakes. Like our Texas Spicy Sauce, this sauce is intended as a “dipping sauce” but certainly can also be used in the grilling/smoking/cooking process. And while our Pitmaster is true “dry rub only guy”…who’s to say it isn’t fun to lick the spoon while cooking with this stuff!
Old 300 BBQ Seasoning
Old 300 strives to serve only the best Texas-style bbq meats around. We do this by using our “dry rub only” method. Our custom rub consists of just a few spices mixed in a precise manner. The rub is powerful and does well for any job requiring seasoning before the cooking process begins. Old 300 BBQ Rub is meant to go onto meat just prior to grilling/smoking/baking. Our Pitmaster is quite liberal when using the rub on larger cuts of meat like brisket or pork butt, however a “less is more” approach is ideal for smaller, more delicate cuts of meat or vegetables. Lastly, you can customize your own unique rub by simply adding a bit of cayenne pepper or chili powder for a spicy blend, or add a touch of brown sugar for a bit of sweet. And like we say at Old 300 BBQ…”we rub our meat every day at Old 300”…so should you!
