The Old 300 BBQ Employee SMS Program is available only to current Old 300 BBQ employees for internal workplace communications.

  • Routine and emergency shift-coverage requests
  • Workplace announcements and operational updates
  • Assigned work tasks
  • Communications between employees and supervisors

Message frequency varies according to scheduling and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Participation in the SMS program is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

This program does not send customer-facing, marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.

Program description

The Old 300 BBQ Employee SMS Program provides opted-in employees with internal workplace communications, including schedules, shift reminders, schedule changes, vacation and availability coordination, coverage requests, operational updates, assigned work tasks, and communications from supervisors.

The program is intended exclusively for internal employee communications. It does not send marketing or promotional messages and is not intended for Old 300 BBQ customers.

Enrollment and consent

Employees enroll by texting START to (830) 222-0322 after reviewing the enrollment information on this page. By texting START, the employee requests and consents to receive messages through the Old 300 BBQ Employee SMS Program.

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to scheduling and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee's wireless service plan.

Old 300 BBQ does not charge employees to participate in the program, but the employee's wireless carrier may impose messaging or data charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. After opting out, the employee will receive a confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless the employee enrolls again.
